Coronavirus: delays & other impacts

We are working hard to support our valued customers across Australia to manufacture covers and get it delivered as safely and quickly as possible. The business is doing everything they can to keep manufacturing during the Coronavirus pandemic and be able to supply protective covers to our valued customers across Australia. Our very own manufacturing plant in Fiji is still operational so we can supply the demand and be able to help protect your investments.

Continuing challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are still delays as our business continues to operate under additional safety measures to protect our people and customers alike. In-light of the restrictions, we are experiencing extremely reduced flight availability from Fiji to Australia, so we are resorting to using sea-freight services which are taking a while as they too have heavy restrictions to follow.

Delivery times have increased from 5 weeks to 12-14 weeks temporarily. We appreciate your support and patience with us during these hard times.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our online store currently accepts orders placed by customers with a delivery address within Australia only.
We do not stock any covers.
Custom orders may take up to 7 Weeks for Delivery.

Delivery Times

The delivery times provided on this website are simply estimates only, and CoverIT Manufacturing will not be held accountable or responsible for late deliveries.
Orders sent via Satchel Post to capital cities in Australia will usually be delivered within 5 – 8 business days
Please note that delivery times will extend for deliveries sent to regional and/or remote areas within Australia.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charges are variable based on the items being purchased, volume, and location items is being delivered to. This will be calculated upon quotation stage.
Any failed delivery due to incorrect details provided by you will be paid by customer.
Subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional delivery charges.


All claims are to be made within 7 days of receiving goods.
All returns must have a return authority prior to being shipped.
All postage and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Goods are to be returned in the same condition they were received.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to your normal statutory rights.
Custom made or altered goods are not returnable except by normal statutory rights.
