Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
It is important to note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or original proof of purchase.
Damaged of Faulty Products
Faulty items, or items shipped in error, may be returned for exchange with proof of purchase. Items purchased from a stockist or reseller store (online or physical) cannot be returned to this online store – these items must be returned to the place of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
How to Return your Item
For faulty or damaged items which can be returned by post, please contact us using the form below to provide us all the details we will need to process any return including the reason for the return. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them, at your own expense, securely packaged and in saleable condition (except damaged goods), to the Returns Address that will be provided. The cost of returning any product to CoverIt Manufacturing is your responsibility.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CoverIt Manufacturing does not guarantee that a replacement item will be received back to you in any specific timeframe as there can be unforeseen delays in processing and postage.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
We will make every effort to process items returned to CoverIt Manufacturing within 3 business days of receipt at our office. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at online@eagleoutdoors.com.au
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All orders are sent regular post only. Shipping charges on orders are variable based on the item(s) being purchased, volume and location. Shipping/Delivery will be calculated during the quotation stage.
Authority to leave items will automatically be selected unless changed by the customer. By selecting Authority to Leave you are accepting liability of your item being left in a safe area by the freight carrier. The customer can insert notes at the time of checkout to nominate an area to leave the item. Any failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details provided by the customer are the customers responsibility. Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect details being provided are also the customers responsibility.
The times mentioned below are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed by CoverIt Manufacturing or the respective freighting organisations used by CoverIt Manufacturing. If your product has not arrived to its final destination within a couple of days of the estimated times below please track your order via the tracking link provided once dispatched. If there is any issues with the tracking link please contact us. All orders are made to over and can take up to 7 weeks to complete, plus shipping/delivery.
Allow 3-7 business days for delivery if delivery address is in Australia. (once cover is finished)
Allow 14-21 business days for delivery if delivery address is outside of Australia. (once cover is finished)
Pricing for international delivery will be charged to each order on an individual basis at checkout.
For orders being internationally/outside Australia it is the customers responsibility to declare & pay for all duty & customs that is due on purchase orders/deliveries being sent internationally-Outside of Australia. Please check with your local customs website/office for further information.

Warranty
Our warranty is designed to cover the quality of our stitching and workmanship on PVC products in the manufacturing process of the product you have purchased.
- This warranty excludes damage that naturally and inevitably occurs because of normal wear or aging (general wear and tear), accidental damage (not limited to punctures, rips, tears, fire or chemical burns, marks, or stains ) or misuse of the product.
- All materials, used in the manufacturing process are protected by a 12-month materials warranty (or as stated at the time of purchase).
- In the event of a valid warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase of the product.
- It is at the company’s sole discretion as to whether the product is repaired or replaced, no refund will be provided.
- It is the customers responsibility to make available the product to the manufacturer (either by post or in-person) for remedy of the claim.
